The Salween Peace Park Charter was developed in order to guide to the development of the policies and governing structures for the Salween Peace Park. This briefer provides an overview of key points contained within the Charter, as well as details about the drafting of the Charter and the public consultations that were conducted in order to ensure the input and consent of community members living inside the Salween Peace Park.
